Whoever owns this hotel, plz buy the one in north vernon, in. This hotel is great!!! That one is a dump and the people are hateful and rude. However check ur wifi.
Very nice stay. Everyone was helpful and polite. Location central to activities we sought out. Recommended local restaurants were yummy! Air conditioner was a little loud but not overbearing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
I left FL at 4:30am and had been traveling all day. I did not pre-book a room because I didn’t know how far I would get before I wanted to stop. Well I stopped for gas and decided to look for a room on my Choice Hotels app. I book the room, but did not realize I had booked it for the following week not this day. When I got to the hotel Devin was very friendly and helpful and was able to change my reservation and get me into a room. I was so thankful because I was exhausted. He went above and beyond. I hope the manager gives him a raise for his wonderful attitude and willingness to help.
Rooms were very clean and updated. Staff very friendly. Breakfast, ice, microwave and fridge. Budget friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
Room was very clean and well kept. Our room had a nice hot tub. They even supplied bath salts with it. The bed was comfortable with cozy bedding. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but it was actually very good. They kept up with keeping everything stocked and fresh.
Room is immaculate! Plenty of extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Hot water right away in the shower. Fridge microwave coffee maker. Indoor pool as well too Kyli at the front desk was friendly and informative as to where I could go for groceries. Thank you so much!
The young man at the front desk was super efficient. I love comfort inns! This one in particular is very clean, with hot showers and friendly staff. My choice is always comfort in!
The room is ok. But upon entry, the room had a really bad stench to it (almost urine like smell) but we are going to assume it came from the ac unit vents. Also seems like we are kinda low on the towel stock. Overall, staff is really friendly, we truly appreciate it more than anything. Which is why we give it a 4. :)
